Job Description

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands both long-form storytelling (podcasts) and short-form impact (reels). Someone who can translate raw footage into polished, platform-ready content with strong pacing, clean aesthetics, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Edit podcast episodes (multi-cam syncing, clean cuts, audio balancing)
  • Create high-performing reels/short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
  • Add subtitles, motion graphics, and transitions aligned with brand tone
  • Identify viral hooks and highlight moments from long-form content
  • Maintain consistency in visual style, color grading, and pacing
  • Work closely with the creative team to meet content calendars and deadlines
