Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and customer-friendly Steward to support restaurant operations by serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests politely and assist them with seating.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to guests on time.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
- Clear used plates and utensils from tables.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during dining.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Refill water, tissues, and other dining essentials when required.
- Support team members during busy hours.
