Job Description
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and explain specials or menu items when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.
Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle requests.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth order delivery.
Handle billing and payments when required.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area.
Follow restaurant service standards and safety guidelines.
Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
