We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to take ownership of the Rajasthan territory. In this role, you will be the face of Raymond Limited for our network of distributors, retailers, and exclusive brand outlets across the state. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market penetration, and ensuring our products maintain prime visibility and positioning.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Management: Oversee and drive end-to-end sales operations across the Rajasthan region to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Network Expansion: Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors, dealers, and retail partners to expand Raymond's market reach.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with existing channel partners and key accounts.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences within the region, providing actionable insights to the regional management team.
• Inventory & Visibility: Ensure optimal stock levels across the supply chain and execute merchandising strategies to maximize brand visibility at the retail level.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progression, and channel partner performance.

• Mandatory Experience: Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales specifically within the Textiles, Fabrics, and Apparels industry.
• Geographical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Rajasthan market, its demographics, and local retail dynamics.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across various districts in Rajasthan.
• Drive: Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and a competitive, target-driven mindset.
