9.     Reporting to                     : -        Accountants Head

To help accounts team in maintaining accounts in the software. Tasks also include physical documentation, making phone calls, replying to emails.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Bank Reconciliations.

2.     Monitor cash flow, payables and receivables.

3.     Ledger Scrutiny and follow up with customers and vendors for Reconciliations.

4.     Monitor Daily Bank Transactions and identify any unknown debits or credits.

5.     Creating PIs, POs, and invoices.

6.     Work with head accountants and CA to prepare Tax Returns.

7.     Monitoring Daily communications and answering various queries.

8.     Preparing Data for GST Returns and TDS Returns.

9.     Preparing Monthly MIS and ad-hoc reports.

10.  Preparing of documents required by the bank.

11.  Support management in maintaining records/ data of all financial transactions, including preparation of reports on a timely basis.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Education                            : -        Bachelors in Accounting

Software Knowledge                            : -       Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, G Suite

Minimum Experience                          : -        2 year

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

1.     Fluency in verbal and written English communication skills.

2.     Proficient with computers and various spreadsheet software.

3.     An ability to prioritize and manage expectation.
