Job Opening – Accountant (Garments Industry)

Industry: Garments Manufacturing (Shorts)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 Years (Freshers are not eligible)

Salary: Package Negotiable (Based on Experience)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Location: Jalandhar City

• Job Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Record purchase, sales, expenses, and payment entries.
• Prepare GST invoices and manage GST & TDS compliance.
• Handle vendor and customer ledger accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash management.
• Maintain stock and inventory records (garments/raw material).
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure accurate documentation.
• Manage billing, E-way Bills, and accounting records.
• Requirements B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, inventory accounting, purchase & sales accounting, and stock reconciliation.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing accounts will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
