We are seeking a Bookkeeper & Accounts Associate to join our team remotely and manage critical accounting functions on the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records and ledgers

• Reconcile bank statements and track financial transactions

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and prepare invoices

• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings (GST/HST)

• Support budget tracking, reporting, and monthly closings

• Ensure financial compliance and documentation integrity

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping

• >3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Comfortable working independently during night shift hours

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
