📊 Accounts Executive – Job Requirements (Summary)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong foundational knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping.
🔹 Key Skills & Knowledge
Basic understanding of accounting principles (debit & credit concepts)
Working knowledge of bookkeeping practices
Familiarity with financial/accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Sage 50 or similar)
Ability to record financial transactions accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
🔹 Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation
Support overall accounts and finance operations
🔹 Additional Requirements
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, accounting tools)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
