BACKEND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Dinesh Publications is hiring Backend Sales Operations Executives to manage and coordinate the activities of the field sales team across different territories and states.

The role involves monitoring daily working reports submitted by field executives, checking school visits, teacher meetings and market coverage, verifying GPS/location updates and ensuring executives are following approved tour plans and reporting systems.

The candidate will maintain and update school-wise, teacher-wise, city-wise and executive-wise data in Excel/MIS systems. Responsibilities include maintaining teacher databases, school records, specimen tracking sheets, order records and payment follow-up reports while ensuring proper data accuracy and avoiding duplicate entries.

The role also includes telecalling and coordination with teachers, principals and schools to verify executive visits, confirm receipt of specimen books, take feedback regarding books and support recommendation follow-ups.

The candidate will coordinate order processing, dispatch follow-ups, pending supply tracking and payment recovery coordination with executives and accounts teams. Responsibilities also include monitoring specimen distribution records, checking pending specimen stock with executives and tracking executive productivity and reporting discipline.

The Backend Sales Operations Executive will regularly prepare and update reports related to executive activity, territory coverage, school follow-ups, payment status, order execution and sales operations for management review.
