Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities



  • Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time.
  • Verify billing data and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer billing records and update account information.
  • Process payments and record financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with the sales teams regarding billing queries.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment collections.
  • Prepare billing reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and organisation data.
