Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving the overall growth direction of the company through marketing, business development, partnership building, and channel expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and market strategy skills with the ability to identify new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall marketing and business growth strategies
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels
• Lead brand positioning, market expansion, and customer acquisition initiatives
• Discover and develop new sales and distribution channels
• Manage digital and offline marketing activities to improve brand visibility
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and growth plans
• Drive lead generation and conversion strategies for long-term growth
