CRM Executive

Position: CRM Executive (Telecalling)

Department: Sales & Customer Relationship Management

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We need a CRM Executive who can handle customers, manage orders, collect payments, and help grow sales.

The candidate should have experience in B2B or institutional sales and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Take and process orders from schools, colleges, and government institutions
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Payment Collection

• Follow up for pending payments
• Manage invoices and coordinate with accounts team

CRM Management

• Update customer data in CRM system
• Track calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions

Client Relationship

• Build strong relationships with clients and institutions
• Stay in regular contact with existing customers

Sales Growth

• Find new business opportunities
• Prepare quotations and participate in tenders

Coordination

• Work with production, logistics, and customers
• Solve order-related issues quickly

Reporting

• Prepare sales and payment reports
• Share customer feedback with management

Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on tenders, policies, and competitors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in sales, CRM, or order handling
• Knowledge of CRM tools (like Zoho or Salesforce)
• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills
• Understanding of government/institution processes
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with schools, colleges, or government clients
• Knowledge of tender processes (GeM, etc.)
• MBA in Marketing or Sales
• Experience with ERP systems
