Job Description
Coordinate between the Sales and Production departments to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams for effective communication and issue resolution.
Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and management.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and ensure timely collection.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and maintain customer records, order details, payment status, and CRM reports.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment reconciliation and outstanding dues.
Ensure smooth delivery of products/services as per customer requirements.
Support the Sales team in achieving business objectives through effective customer management.
