Job Description
Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist in treatment and recovery, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patients and record medical histories and vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians.
- Assist with medical procedures and emergency care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge care.
