E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced eCommerce professional to lead and scale our online business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end eCommerce operations, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage overall eCommerce strategy and execution
• Drive online sales growth across platforms (Website, Marketplaces like Amazon/Flipkart, Meesho etc.)
• Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and conversion rates
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and KPIs to improve performance
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and customer support teams
• Manage vendor relationships, platforms, and technology partners
• Lead and mentor the eCommerce team

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-10+ years of experience in eCommerce or online business management
• Proven track record of scaling online sales and revenue
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Experience with marketplaces, and analytics tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduation or equivalent qualification
• Experience in D2C or high-growth eCommerce brands
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
