Human Resource Executive

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume organization with a workforce of 100+ employees. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling large-scale HR operations, bulk hiring, and leveraging HRMS platforms to streamline HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring for multiple roles Handle onboarding and induction for a high volume of new hires Maintain and update employee records using HRMS tools
• Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures
• Manage employee relations, queries, and grievance handling Oversee attendance, leave management, and assist in payroll coordination through HR systems
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Human Resources, MBA (HR), or related field
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a 100+ employee organization
• Hands-on experience with HR management systems such as Keka HR, ZingHR, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
