Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Expert to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through strategic outreach and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, online research, email outreach, and client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, and other digital platforms
• Identify decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct market research to find new business opportunities
• Manage outbound outreach campaigns and follow-ups
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or spreadsheets
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion strategies
• Track lead generation performance and prepare regular reports
• Build relationships with potential clients and schedule meetings/demo calls

Required Skills

• Experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead research tools
• Excellent communication and email drafting skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
• Ability to meet targets and work independently
• Strong analytical and research skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in international lead generation is a plus
• Knowledge of cold email outreach and sales funnels preferred
