Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Visit villages and nearby markets to conduct field marketing and promotional activities.

Meet and build relationships with Sarpanchs, Panchs, village representatives, and local influencers to generate potential customer leads.

Identify and connect with students and individuals interested in study abroad, visa, immigration, and overseas opportunities.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into walk-ins at our Visa and Immigration Centres.

Achieve assigned monthly and weekly targets for lead generation, walk-ins, and counselling appointments.

Organize and participate in local marketing activities, awareness campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach programs.

Collect accurate customer/student information and maintain proper records of leads generated through field activities.

Coordinate with the Counselling and Sales teams to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion of generated leads.

Regularly report field visits, meetings, leads, and walk-ins generated to the reporting manager.

Explore new villages, localities, institutions, and community networks for business development opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local contacts to create a sustainable source of leads and walk-ins.
