Key Responsibilities


🔹 Documentation & File Management

  • Create, organize, and maintain files related to exports, banking, and office records
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed, labeled, and easily retrievable
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems with accuracy
  • Perform independent data entry in Excel and internal records


🔹 Correspondence & Office Communication

  • Draft, type, and print basic letters, documents, and forms
  • Assist in preparing routine office documentation as required


🔹 Banking & Coordination Support

  • Assist in organizing and preparing required banking paperwork


🔹 General Administrative Support

  • Maintain discipline and structure in documentation processes
  • Take initiative in improving filing and record systems


Key Skills & Traits

  • Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good typing and documentation skills
  • Reliable, disciplined, and process-oriented
