Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Handle purchase orders and vendor coordination
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and warehouse operations
• Track all material inward and outward entries
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory records
• Ensure timely vendor payments (coordination with accounts)
Additional Responsibilities
• Follow up on pending payments from clients
• Prepare basic sales and stock analysis reports
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in purchase/inventory/warehouse roles
• Good knowledge of Excel and inventory management
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
Note: This is a multi-functional role, and responsibilities may expand based on business needs.
