Job Title: Receptionist / Telecaller
Location: Jalandhar
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain front desk operations and greet visitors.
- Manage appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
- Provide information and support to clients/customers over the phone.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Punjabi/English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Note: Students currently pursuing studies are not eligible to apply.
