Job Description
Generate leads through site visits, builder/architect/contractor references, walk-ins and follow-up on existing enquiries
• Visit customer sites to take accurate window and door measurements and note site conditions
• Prepare and share quotations with correct sizes, section type, glass specification and rates
• Explain product options to customers — Domal aluminium sections (37mm sliding, 40mm fix, 50mm window), UPVC profiles, glass types, mesh, hardware and colour coating
• Negotiate rates within approved limits and close orders
• Coordinate with the fabrication team so orders match the approved measurements and specification
• Follow up on payments as per agreed terms (advance and balance before dispatch)
• Coordinate installation schedules with the site team and handle post-installation queries
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer follow-ups
