Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a field-oriented B2B Sales Executive responsible for driving sales of bakery and HoReCa ingredients by actively visiting client outlets, generating orders, and developing new business relationships. The role demands strong market presence, relationship-building skills, and consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit bakeries, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and cloud kitchens daily to:
- Take orders from existing clients
- Introduce new products and schemes
- Identify and onboard new B2B customers in assigned territory
- Build long-term relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and business owners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection targets
- Ensure timely order processing and coordination with warehouse/logistics
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales tracking
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B field sales (preferably food, bakery, FMCG, or HoReCa supply)
- Strong local market knowledge and existing network is a big advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Basic understanding of bakery or food ingredients is preferred

Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on sales performance)

Working Style
This is a pure field sales role. Desk work is minimal. Success depends on daily market visits, consistent follow-ups, and building strong customer relationships.
