Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, providing service updates, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge of automobiles, and the ability to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
*Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults.
* Prepare job cards and explain service estimates.
* Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repairs.
* Keep customers updated on repair progress.
* Recommend additional services or repairs when required.
* Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain service records and handle customer queries professionally.
