Job TitleShowroom Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart and customer-focused Showroom Executive to manage showroom operations and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays
  • Handle billing, quotations, and order processing
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales
  • Coordinate with inventory and delivery teams
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
  • Maintain customer records and daily sales reports
