Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day handling of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Monitor trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
- Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaigns
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
