Job Description
Outbound Calling: Proactively calling prospects to generate leads or sell products/services.
Inbound Calling: Handling incoming customer queries, complaints, and requests.
Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport, identifying needs, and providing solutions.
Database Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records of calls and customer information.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales and productivity quotas.
Following Scripts: Utilizing provided scripts to maintain brand consistency while adapting to client responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with proficiency in English and regional languages.
- Computer Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Interpersonal Skills: Active listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is often required, but freshers are frequently accepted.
- Education: Typically a high school diploma or higher.
