💰 SALARY
& EARNING POTENTIAL
Fixed Salary: Rs. 12,000 – Rs. 15,000 per month
Performance Incentive:
Up to Rs. 50,000+ per month
Total Earning Potential: Rs. 65,000/month for top
performers!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Make outbound calls to prospective clients for
selling financial & insurance products
•
Explain loan products, insurance policies, and
financial solutions clearly over the phone
•
Generate and follow up on sales leads provided
by the company
•
Maintain call records, daily reports, and
client database on computer
•
Meet monthly sales targets and earn attractive
performance incentives
•
Coordinate with loan processing team for
smooth client onboarding
•
Handle customer queries politely and
professionally
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
•
Gender: Female candidates only
•
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate
preferred
•
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good
communication skills welcome)
•
Language: Good communication in Hindi and
Punjabi; English is a plus
•
Computer Knowledge: Mandatory – MS Office
(Word, Excel), Internet, Email, WhatsApp
•
Voice & Diction: Clear, confident, and
pleasant telephone manner
•
Attitude: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and
professionally presentable
