Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining immigration services to potential clients, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding immigration and visa services.
  • Explain immigration programs, visa processes, and company services clearly.
  • Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with counselors and documentation teams for smooth client processing.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
