Travel Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales calls, pitching customized tour packages, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings within the hospitality, travel, and tourism industry.

• Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Telecalling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, leads, and database contacts to promote holiday packages and travel services.
• Consultation & Planning: Understand customer travel preferences, budgets, and requirements to design customized domestic and international itineraries.
• Sales Conversion: Pitch travel products effectively, handle objections, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordination: Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and ground transport vendors for bookings, pricing, and seamless execution of tours.
• Follow-Ups: Maintain timely follow-ups with pending leads and manage a robust CRM pipeline.
• Requirements & QualificationsProven experience working in the Hospitality, Travel & Tourism industry.
• Strong background in outbound telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• High persuasion power, negotiation skills, and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
