Visa Counselor/Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

COUNSELLOR

• Attend Calls and Counselling for Study Visa, Toursit Visa, and PR Related queries.
• Convince Client to Visit
• Counsel clients on suitable countries, programs, and visa pathways based on their background, aspiration, and eligibilty.
• Deliver clear and transparent information regarding timelines ,costs, and expected outcomes.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in law, business, or related fields).

• Experience:
•  Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration, or related fields.

TELECALLER:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain immigration and visa services.
• Generate leads through follow-ups and maintain regular contact with potential clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in law, business, or related fields).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of visa filing processes for Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Europe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and visa management software.
• Other Qualifications:
• Familiarity with immigration laws and policies.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
