Job Description
Job Summary:The Steward – F&B Service is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the kitchen and service areas. The role supports smooth operations by ensuring all utensils, equipment, and service areas are clean and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely and efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times
- Assist in setting up and servicing banquets/events when required
