Warehouse Manager

 Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, packing, and dispatch of products.

 Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

 Manage inbound and outbound logistics to maintain timely order fulfillment.

 Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to avoid shortages or overstock situations.

 Supervise warehouse staff, allocate duties, monitor performance, and provide training when required.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and warehouse operating procedures.

 Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.

 Coordinate with courier, transportation, and logistics partners for smooth shipment movement.

 Maintain accurate documentation for inventory transactions, shipments, returns, and warehouse activities.

 Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

 Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness.

 Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to inventory, dispatches, and warehouse performance.

 Implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and improve productivity.

 Handle customer returns, damaged goods, and reverse logistics processes.

 Work closely with sales, production, and customer service teams to support business requirements.
