Job Description
The Brand Development Manager is responsible for building, managing, and growing the company's brand presence across all channels. The role involves developing brand strategies, planning marketing campaigns, launching new products, strengthening customer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand communication to increase market share and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & DevelopmentDevelop and execute short-term and long-term brand strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.
- Position the brand effectively against competitors.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communication materials.
- Marketing & Campaign ManagementPlan and execute ATL, BTL, digital, and retail marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns.
- Measure campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
- Manage marketing calendars and promotional schedules.
- Product & Market DevelopmentIdentify market trends and customer preferences.
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Operations for new product development.
- Develop product positioning, pricing support, and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategic improvements.
- Digital & Social MediaOversee social media marketing and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate website updates and online branding activities.
- Monitor online reputation and customer engagement.
- Work with creative agencies and digital marketing partners.
- Trade MarketingDevelop branding materials for distributors, retailers, and franchise outlets.
- Plan in-store promotions, merchandising, and POS branding.
- Support sales teams with promotional materials and presentations.
- Market Research & AnalyticsConduct customer surveys and market research.
- Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and consumer insights.
- Prepare monthly marketing and brand performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Budget ManagementPrepare and manage annual marketing budgets.
- Control marketing expenses and vendor payments.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness against budget.
- Team & Vendor ManagementCoordinate with designers, agencies, printers, photographers, and media partners.
- Lead the marketing team and assign project responsibilities.
- Ensure timely execution of all branding activities.
