Job Description
Back Office Executive
Location: Jamnagar
- Responsibilities:Manage inventory and stock records using Zoho Inventory and MS Excel.
- Maintain petty cash and office expense records.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs).
- Coordinate with vendors for stock procurement and order follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
- Support daily office operations and maintain organized records.
- Requirements:Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry).
- Experience with Zoho or any inventory/accounting software is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with good Excel skills may also apply).
