The candidate will be responsible for supervising renovation activities, interior execution, ensuring quality compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing execution as per project timelines and technical standards. This position requires mandatory experience in renovation and interior works. Project Duration Initial Duration: 1 Year May be extended based on project requirements and performance Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day renovation and interior site activities. Execute building renovation work as per approved drawings and specifications. Handle interior finishing activities including false ceiling, tiling, and plumbing. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical standards. Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and documentation. Verify measurements, material reconciliation, and contractor billing. Ensure timely completion of renovation work within budget and quality standards. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3–8 years of experience in industrial and infrastructure projects. Mandatory experience in building renovation projects. Mandatory interior execution experience. Mandatory experience in False Ceiling works. Mandatory experience in Tiles work (flooring & wall tiling). Mandatory knowledge of Plumbing works. Strong knowledge of RCC work, structural work, foundations, and finishing works. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills. Must be available for Immediate Joining (Mandatory). Working Conditions Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat Working Hours: 12 hours per day Working Days: Monday to Saturday Sunday: May be required based on project needs; extra wages will be provided for Sunday working as per company policy
