Job Description
Supervise housekeeping staff and assign duties
Ensure cleaning of offices, rooms, toilets, and common areas
Maintain quality and hygiene standards
Manage cleaning materials and stock
Ensure safety practices and PPE usage
Handle complaints and coordinate with site/admin team
- Report daily operations and issues.
Requirements
Experience:
- Manager: 3+ years
- Hotel / Hospitality background preferred
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, tools, and machines
- Ability to manage manpower and daily operations
- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
