Job Title: HR Recruiter (Field Work)
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on fieldwork. The role involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting campus drives, and supporting hiring needs through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage job advertisements across various platforms
* Conduct field recruitment drives and candidate outreach
* Coordinate and execute campus hiring initiatives
* Manage social media hiring campaigns (Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Screen candidates and schedule interviews
* Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
* Perform basic recruitment analysis and reporting
Requirements:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel for fieldwork
* Basic understanding of recruitment processes
* Familiarity with social media platforms for hiring
* Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
* Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
