Designation : Relationship Manager


* Recruit and onboard new Financial Advisors / Agents.

* Provide complete product training and sales guidance to advisors.

* Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

* Monitor advisor performance and provide continuous support.

* Maintain strong relationships with advisors and clients.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
