Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Promote and sell MIG Wires, Welding Electrodes, Fasteners, and Industrial Lubricants.
- Visit customers, dealers, distributors, OEMs, and industrial clients across assigned territories.
- Travel within the state and to other states as required for business development.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and update CRM records.
- Follow up on payments and ensure customer satisfaction after sales.
