Sreeleathers is looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our Jamshedpur warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, warehouse efficiency, and timely order fulfillment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
• Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and retail teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Optimize warehouse space and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports using MS Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Eligibility Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the retail or footwear industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP/WMS is an added advantage.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
