Counter Sales Executive

This target based sales job in lighting showroom of National Lights Company in Sakchi.

Greet walk-in customers and understand their lighting requirements

Explain and demonstrate NLC products (ceiling lights, chandeliers, COBs, panels, strips, commercial lights, etc.)

Suggest suitable lighting solutions as per space, budget, and usage

Prepare quotations, follow up, and close sales

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

Coordinate with billing counter for invoicing and payments

Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness

Update daily sales, enquiries, and follow-ups in register/WhatsApp group/CRM

Handle basic customer complaints and coordinate with service team when required

Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability and dispatch

Inform customers about warranty, installation support, and after-sales service

Collect customer details for repeat business and references

Support marketing activities, offers, and new product launches

Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour in showroom

Report daily activities and sales status to Showroom Manager/Regional Manager
