💰 Salary: ₹14,000 net take-home + PF + ESIC + Gratuity

🎯 Attendance Bonus: ₹800 – ₹1,200 per month

👨‍🔧 Experience: Freshers (ITI holders) / Normal Graduates

🛠 Job Role & Responsibilities

🔹 Machine Operation

Operate and monitor machines such as mixing units, calendaring equipment, tyre building machines, and curing presses.

🔹 Production Support

Assist senior operators in loading raw materials, feeding machines, and unloading finished products.

🔹 Quality Control

Inspect products for defects and report deviations to maintain quality standards.

🔹 Machine Maintenance

Perform basic maintenance activities like cleaning and lubrication; report breakdowns to the maintenance team.

🔹 Troubleshooting

Support in identifying and resolving basic machine or process issues.

🔹 Record Keeping

Maintain accurate production records, material usage, and machine performance logs.

🔹 Housekeeping

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the work area.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

ITI Certificate: Welder / Turner / Mechanical / Machine Operator / Electrician / Fitter

BA / Normal Graduation (Freshers welcome)

Ability to understand technical instructions

Good physical fitness and hand-eye coordination

Team-oriented with discipline for factory work

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Physical Criteria:

Height: Minimum 5.5 feet

Weight: 50 – 90 kg
