Job Description

Lab Technician / Phlebotomist

We are looking for skilled professionals to support our diagnostic lab and ensure accurate patient testing.



Responsibilities

Collect and handle blood, urine, and other clinical samples

Perform laboratory tests following standard protocols

Maintain lab hygiene, safety standards, and equipment care

Accurately record, process, and report test results

Ensure patient comfort, confidence, and professionalism during sample collection


🎓 Eligibility / Requirements

DMLT / BMLT qualification (mandatory)

Experience in sample collection preferred

Knowledge of lab safety, quality control, and equipment handling

Good communication skills & patient-friendly attitude

Ability to follow procedures and work responsibly
