Job Timings : 9.30am to 8.30pm


Job Location : Jugsalai


Weekly Off : Tuesday


·        First Interface to Customers

·        Serves Customers by Greeting ,welcoming and directing them appropriately.

·        Billing in software

·        Receive payments for deliveries made

·        Cash management and accounting

·        Coordination with other outlet store In charges

  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

·        Answer phone calls/emails.

·        General Office upkeep/file maintenance/signing of packages

·        Stock check and responsibility

·        Handle irate and unsatisfied customers. Also do damage control and negotiate compensations.
