Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to source quality candidates, and experience in coordinating interviews and hiring activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Required SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in bulk hiring or blue-collar recruitment is an added advantage.
