Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and lead the sales team to improve performance and conversions.
- Handle customer enquiries, consultations, and project discussions.
- Convert leads into confirmed interior projects.
- Coordinate with designers and project teams for smooth customer experience.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Build relationships with channel partners, builders, and referral sources.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
- Experience in Interior, Real Estate, Construction, Furniture, Home Improvement, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience in residential interior sales.
- Strong local market understanding and networking skills.
- Ability to handle premium customers and high-value deals.
