SHOWROOM MANAGER

SREELEATHERS is looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Sales Manager to lead our showroom operations and sales team.

• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Graduate from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Showroom Manager / Showroom Sales Manager.
• Prior experience in managing showroom operations, sales targets, customer service, and team leadership.
• Preferably worked in a reputed showroom/business establishment in Jamshedpur or nearby regions.
• Key RequirementsPhysically fit and mentally sound.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
• Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of an additional regional language will be an added advantage.
• Ability to motivate sales staff and achieve business targets.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileMarried and well-settled in Jamshedpur.
• Familiar with the local market and customer base.

• CompensationSalary: ₹40,000 per month
