Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our Collections Team. As a Telecaller in the Collection Process, you will play a critical role in recovering outstanding debts from clients while maintaining professionalism and adherence to compliance guidelines. Your excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and persistence will be essential in ensuring successful debt recovery efforts.

Job Role:

Initiate outbound calls to debtors and clients to recover outstanding debts.

Follow established collection procedures while maintaining a customer-centric and empathetic approach.

Identify and evaluate reasons for non-payment, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment arrangements to clear debts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and payment arrangements in the company's collection software.

Collaborate with the Collections Team to strategize and prioritize collection efforts.

Prepare and send reminders, payment schedules, and demand letters to debtors.

Handle debtor objections, concerns, and disputes with professionalism and the goal of reaching a resolution.

Provide regular updates to the Collection Supervisor on collection progress and challenges.

Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements governing debt collection practices.
