Store Incharge

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Store Incharge with a strong background in the Electrical Power Infrastructure domain. If you have managed stores for overhead transmission lines, understand electrical hardware, and excel at inventory management, we want to hear from you.

• Key Responsibilities:Stock Management: Handle receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of all electrical materials, tools, and site equipment.
• Verification: Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Challans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate digital records, Material Receipt Notes (MRN), Gate Passes, and Daily Stock Reports in MS Excel/ERP.
• Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock audits to ensure zero inventory variance.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure materials reach site locations without delay.
• Mandatory Domain Knowledge:⚠️ Note: Prior experience in Overhead Transmission Lines or Electrical Infrastructure projects is mandatory.Strong familiarity with Electrical Hardware & Equipment: Conductors (ACSR/HT/LT), Polymer/Porcelain Insulators, clamps, dampers, spacers, GI tower structures, earthing materials, and line tools.
• Clear understanding of safety protocols for storing high-value electrical assets.
• Requirements:Education: Graduate / Diploma in Material Management / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years of dedicated store-keeping experience in the Electrical/Power Sector.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Excel or inventory ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle).
